Baton twirlers without an AAU membership are not permitted to participate. One of the benefits of AAU membership is insurance.

  • Baton Purchase
Batons are available for purchase for $30.00 at your child's baton twirling class.

Free (exceptions are entry fees and travel expenses)

Uniforms are required for performances. 

Parade uniform:
Boys: Black Baton Shirt, black shorts, and  black shoes
Girls: Our uniforms are custom made by Razzledazzle Exclusive Leotards on eBay.
The costume is listed as "Five Cities Baton Twirlers Dance Costume".

Dance twirl uniform varies with the team/level.

  • Dance Lessons
Coach Jeanette teaches some basic dance moves during baton class, such as chasse, kick, and leap. However, it is highly recommended that serious baton twirling students supplement their baton classes with dance classes. Here are some links to local dance studios that Jeanette's baton students have reported good experiences with:
